About the Role We are a progressive accounting firm in Mohali, seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our team and support our client managers and partners in providing high-quality accounting and taxation services to our diverse client base in Australia . This is a hands-on role where initiative, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility will be key.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with the preparation of Activity Statements, Tax Returns, and Financial Statements for individuals, partnerships, companies, and trusts as per Australian Taxations.</li><li>SMSF experience (Australian Clients) is not essential but will be regarded.</li><li>Provide monthly/quarterly bookkeeping support using Xero software.</li><li>Attend internal and external training sessions to stay updated with tax and accounting developments.</li><li>Support team members and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.</li><li>Help with other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Bring<ul><li>Relevant accounting degree and CA/CPA accreditation (or currently working towards completion or planning to undertake)</li><li>Minimum 4 years&rsquo; experience in Australian practice accounting</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software Xero and MYOB.</li><li>Experience with Class/BGL is not essential but will be regarded.</li><li>Strong communication skills and a professional approach to interaction.</li><li>Excellent time management skills with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team.</li></ul>What&rsquo;s on Offer<ul><li>Supportive, team-oriented culture</li><li>Career growth opportunities</li><li>Competitive salary package</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
