You'll handle the hands-on work that keeps our marketing running&mdash;managing campaigns, updating content, tracking performance, and coordinating with vendors&mdash;while working closely with ownership on priorities and direction.This is an execution-focused role. You won't be building strategy from scratch, but you'll be the person making sure things get done right and on time.Core Responsibilities1. Campaign Execution &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and local platforms</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors (SEO, PPC, video, design) to ensure deliverables stay on track</li><li>Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues to ownership</li><li>Maintain marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met</li></ul>2. Digital Marketing Support<ul><li>Update and maintain Google Business Profile, directory listings, and review platforms</li><li>Make website updates through CMS (content changes, new pages, blog posts)</li><li>Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions using GA4, Google Ads, and Search Console</li><li>Pull weekly/monthly performance reports for ownership review</li></ul>3. Content Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate creation of marketing assets&mdash;project photos, case studies, before/after content</li><li>Schedule and post social media content across platforms</li><li>Draft email campaigns and basic marketing copy as needed</li><li>Maintain organized library of photos, videos, and brand assets</li></ul>4. Tracking &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Track lead sources and campaign performance in spreadsheets or CRM</li><li>Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports</li><li>Monitor cost-per-lead and flag underperforming channels</li><li>Keep vendor deliverables and invoices organized</li></ul>5. Vendor &amp; Project Coordination<ul><li>Serve as day-to-day contact for marketing vendors</li><li>Ensure vendors deliver what's promised on time</li><li>Schedule and coordinate photo/video shoots for completed projects</li><li>Research new tools, vendors, or opportunities as requested</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in home services, construction, or local business</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts</li><li>Comfortable pulling and interpreting data from GA4 and ad platforms</li><li>Experience with CMS tools (WordPress or similar) for basic content updates</li><li>Proficiency with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus</li><li>Strong organizational skills&mdash;you keep things from falling through the cracks</li><li>Clear written communication</li><li>Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant direction</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Clear priorities and direction from ownership</li><li>Room to grow as our marketing efforts expand</li><li>Quality-driven team that takes pride in craftsmanship</li><li>Benefits: 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, parental leave</li></ul>About C&amp;S RemodelingC&amp;S Remodeling is a family-owned company based in San Antonio, built on craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction.
