Overview
C&S Remodeling is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to execute and support our marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels. You'll handle the hands-on work that keeps our marketing running—managing campaigns, updating content, tracking performance, and coordinating with vendors—while working closely with ownership on priorities and direction.
This is an execution-focused role. You won't be building strategy from scratch, but you'll be the person making sure things get done right and on time.
Core Responsibilities
1. Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Execute digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and local platforms
- Coordinate with external vendors (SEO, PPC, video, design) to ensure deliverables stay on track
- Monitor campaign performance daily and flag issues to ownership
- Maintain marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met
2. Digital Marketing Support
- Update and maintain Google Business Profile, directory listings, and review platforms
- Make website updates through CMS (content changes, new pages, blog posts)
- Monitor traffic, rankings, and conversions using GA4, Google Ads, and Search Console
- Pull weekly/monthly performance reports for ownership review
3. Content Coordination
- Coordinate creation of marketing assets—project photos, case studies, before/after content
- Schedule and post social media content across platforms
- Draft email campaigns and basic marketing copy as needed
- Maintain organized library of photos, videos, and brand assets
4. Tracking & Reporting
- Track lead sources and campaign performance in spreadsheets or CRM
- Compile weekly and monthly marketing reports
- Monitor cost-per-lead and flag underperforming channels
- Keep vendor deliverables and invoices organized
5. Vendor & Project Coordination
- Serve as day-to-day contact for marketing vendors
- Ensure vendors deliver what's promised on time
- Schedule and coordinate photo/video shoots for completed projects
- Research new tools, vendors, or opportunities as requested
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in home services, construction, or local business
- Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic SEO concepts
- Comfortable pulling and interpreting data from GA4 and ad platforms
- Experience with CMS tools (WordPress or similar) for basic content updates
- Proficiency with Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Strong organizational skills—you keep things from falling through the cracks
- Clear written communication
- Self-starter who can manage tasks without constant direction
