Job Description &ndash; Senior Vendor Management &amp; Team LeadDepartment: Operations / Procurement / Supply Chain Position: Senior Executive / Manager &ndash; Vendor Management Reporting To: Operations Head / Management Location: As per company requirementRoles &amp; Responsibilities:Vendor Management:<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage vendors and service providers</li><li>Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and SLAs with vendors</li><li>Ensure timely procurement, delivery, and quality compliance</li><li>Maintain and update vendor database and documentation</li><li>Resolve vendor issues, escalations, and disputes effectively</li><li>Monitor vendor performance, compliance, and cost efficiency</li><li>Coordinate with accounts for billing, invoicing, and payments</li></ul>Team Handling &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Lead, guide, and supervise the vendor management / procurement team</li><li>Allocate work, set priorities, and ensure smooth daily operations</li><li>Train and mentor team members on processes and best practices</li><li>Review team performance and provide regular feedback</li><li>Act as an escalation point for team and vendor-related issues</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Coordinate with projects, logistics, finance, and operations teams</li><li>Prepare and present MIS reports related to vendors, costs, and performance</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Graduate / Post-Graduate (preferred in Supply Chain, Operations, or Management)</li><li>5&ndash;8+ years of experience in vendor management / procurement</li><li>Proven experience in team handling and leadership</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and reporting</li></ul>Working Days &amp; Timings:<ul><li>As per company policy</li></ul>Salary:<ul><li>As per company standards and experience</li><li>HR-9225184706</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Urgent Hiring For West Bengal (Kolkata) Job Summary: We are looking for an MEP Engineer with a strong electrical background to handle MEP execution for a warehouse project. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, electrical system execution, quality control, and timely completion of MEP works.
