About the Role:We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level role suitable for freshers who are passionate about building a career in HR. The HR Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement activities, recruitment coordination, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.</li><li>Support the recruitment process (job postings, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).</li><li>Help in onboarding and induction programs for new employees.</li><li>Assist in preparing HR letters, memos, and other official documents.</li><li>Maintain attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll preparation.</li><li>Support employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives.</li><li>Handle basic employee queries and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or equivalent &ndash; HR specialization preferred).</li><li>Freshers are welcome; internship experience in HR will be an added advantage.</li><li>Good verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Positive attitude, confidentiality, and eagerness to learn.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
