We&rsquo;re now expanding our technology team and seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to help us build and manage ERP solutions.Responsibilities<ul><li>Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules (Community &amp; Enterprise).</li><li>Integrate Odoo with third-party apps and APIs.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ERP workflows.</li><li>Collaborate with functional teams to deliver tailored solutions.</li><li>Provide technical support and documentation for end-users.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years of proven Odoo development experience.</li><li>Strong expertise in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and API integrations.</li><li>Understanding of ERP processes: Sales, HR, CRM, Inventory, Accounting.</li><li>Experience with Git and Linux.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of Docker / cloud deployment.</li><li>Odoo functional consulting experience.</li><li>Experience in outsourcing/BPO ERP setups.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Growth and training opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to international projects.</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
