Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially driven CRM & AI Systems Manager to design, implement, and optimise a fully integrated CRM and intelligent systems ecosystem. This is a key role focused on building a best-in-class Zoho CRM platform while embedding AI solutions to improve sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CRM selection, implementation, and optimisation (Zoho CRM preferred)
• Identify and implement AI use cases (lead scoring, forecasting, reporting, proposals, and client communication)
• Integrate CRM with finance, marketing, and operational systems
• Build real-time dashboards and generate actionable insights
• Drive user adoption through training and promote a data-driven, AI-enabled culture
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and pipeline performance

Requirements:

• 5–6 years of experience in CRM implementation and management (Zoho preferred)
• Experience with automation and/or AI integration in business processes
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM workflows
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
