About the Role:

Atlantis Tech is looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Manager who can confidently manage client communication while understanding Sales and Complete Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This role is ideal for someone who can build strong relationships, manage client expectations, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with operational teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain relationships with US-based healthcare clients
• Lead client calls, meetings, follow-ups, and account management
• Support RCM workflows, billing operations, and VMA coordination
• Identify upselling and business growth opportunities
• Resolve client concerns and ensure timely execution
• Track KPIs, performance reports, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Sales and business development principles
• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
