Shaadi.org.pk is looking for a Relationship Manager who will act as a bridge between our clients and matchmaking team to ensure every client receives exceptional service and support.

Posts Available at: DHA and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.

Days and Timing: Mon to Sat | 10 am to 7 pm | Full Time | Office Based Only

Key Responsibilities:

• Call clients regularly and understand their experience.
• Listen to concerns, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure clients feel valued, respected, and heard.
• Coordinate with matchmakers to resolve client issues.
• Follow up on pending matters until resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Required Qualities:

✓ Female Only
✓ Graduate from good university
✓ Minimum 5+ Years Experience
✓ Age above 27
✓ Excellent command and speed on computer, Google Sheets, CRM, Internet, AI Tools
✓ Excellent communication skills (Urdu and English)
✓ Pleasant and professional phone manner
✓ Strong listening skills
✓ Empathetic and patient personality
✓ Ability to handle complaints calmly
✓ Customer-service mindset
✓ Emotional intelligence and maturity
✓ Problem-solving ability
✓ Professional ethics and confidentiality
