*** Immediate joiners only ****** Preferably Ahmedabad based candidates or surrounding areas within 30 kms. ****** Candidates willing to relocate to Ahmedabad only ***Job Description for Technical Engineer------------------------------------------<ul><li>To handle integration projects of ELV / Security Systems right from inception (start) to completion (customer sign-off).</li><li>To set up &amp; configure video surveillance systems, like CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access control, PA, and ELV systems.</li><li>Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions of network, hardware, and software applications of ELV Systems.</li><li>To resolve operational issues and restore services, incase of outage at customer sites.</li><li>To ensure Environment, Health &amp; Safety at customer sites</li><li>To present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.</li><li>To manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs on time</li><li>Maintaining multi-site network operations and ELV software applications, ELV hardware systems through regular maintenance and timely on-site visits.</li><li>Responding to queries from customer, onsite personnel and OEM, support vendors.</li><li>Provide technical assistance and support to onsite support team members.</li><li>Effective coordination with onsite personnel, conduct customer meetings to ensure seamless closing of the project site.</li><li>Pro-activeness in reporting critical issues, so that issues do not turn into major customer escalations.</li></ul>Experience Criteria : work experience of a minimum of two (2) years and a maximum five (5) yearsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;50,843.33 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>ELV : 1 year (Required)</li><li>CCTV work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Ahmedabad - 380015, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>
