Job Description for Technical Engineer

• To handle integration projects of ELV / Security Systems right from inception (start) to completion (customer sign-off).
• To set up & configure video surveillance systems, like CCTV, Fire Alarms, Access control, PA, and ELV systems.
• Should be able to troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions of network, hardware, and software applications of ELV Systems.
• To resolve operational issues and restore services, incase of outage at customer sites.
• To ensure Environment, Health & Safety at customer sites
• To present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions.
• To manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs on time
• Maintaining multi-site network operations and ELV software applications, ELV hardware systems through regular maintenance and timely on-site visits.
• Responding to queries from customer, onsite personnel and OEM, support vendors.
• Provide technical assistance and support to onsite support team members.
• Effective coordination with onsite personnel, conduct customer meetings to ensure seamless closing of the project site.
• Pro-activeness in reporting critical issues, so that issues do not turn into major customer escalations.

Experience Criteria : work experience of a minimum of two (2) years and a maximum five (5) years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,843.33 per month
