Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in managing paid ads, SEO, and AI-based marketing tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and organic search channels.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, create, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max).</li><li>Manage and scale Meta Ads campaigns (Leads, Sales, Engagement, Traffic).</li><li>Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, and basic technical SEO.</li><li>Perform competitor analysis and audience research.</li><li>Create, monitor, and optimise campaigns to achieve target CPL, CPC, ROAS.</li><li>Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager.</li><li>Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and improvements.</li><li>Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, automation tools, ad copy generators) to improve ad creatives, captions, and workflows.</li><li>Coordinate with the design/content team for creatives, landing pages, and ad assets.</li><li>Stay updated with new ad features, industry trends, and algorithm changes.</li></ul>Required Skills<ul><li>Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, PMAX)</li><li>Meta Ads (FB + Instagram campaigns)</li><li>SEO (On-page, Off-page basics, Keyword Research)</li><li>AI Tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, content/creative AI tools)</li><li>Strong analytical &amp; reporting skills</li><li>Basic understanding of landing pages, funnels, and audience targeting</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Any degree or diploma related to Marketing / Business / IT (preferred)</li><li>Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications (optional but added advantage)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work directly with active brands and live campaigns</li><li>Learn advanced performance marketing tools</li><li>Fast-growth environment with training support</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
