Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a focus on creating compelling advertisements across various platforms. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical skills to produce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.Duties<ul><li>Develop innovative graphic designs for advertisements including Meta, Google, etc using brand guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.</li><li>Research winning ad concepts using tools like Foreplay and Atria to stay ahead of creative trends</li><li>Utilize AI tools to generate fresh concepts.</li><li>Implement typography, color theory, and visual design principles to ensure high-quality output.</li><li>Manage photo manipulation and photography tasks to create visually striking imagery.</li><li>Participate in the production design process for various advertising campaigns.</li><li>Adapt winning ad concepts across platform placements and ratios</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva</li><li>Strong knowledge of Facebook ads.</li><li>Experience with ai image generation tools.</li><li>Familiarity with branding strategies and marketing fundamentals.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ad research tools such as meta ads library, foreplay, etc.</li><li>Ability to delivery several new ad varations per day.</li><li>Strong attention to detail in layout design, typesetting, and color management.</li><li>A portfolio showcasing previous work in meta ads graphic design is required.</li><li>Video/animation a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, ContractExpected hours: 20 &ndash; 40 per weekApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do you have creating Meta ads?</li><li>What are your salary expectations?</li><li>Optional: Do you have any examples of previous Facebook ads that you have created that you can share with us?
