Graphic Designer For Ads

Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer for Ads to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with a focus on creating compelling advertisements across various platforms. This role requires a blend of artistic vision and technical skills to produce visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.

Duties

• Develop innovative graphic designs for advertisements including Meta, Google, etc using brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Research winning ad concepts using tools like Foreplay and Atria to stay ahead of creative trends
• Utilize AI tools to generate fresh concepts.
• Implement typography, color theory, and visual design principles to ensure high-quality output.
• Manage photo manipulation and photography tasks to create visually striking imagery.
• Participate in the production design process for various advertising campaigns.
• Adapt winning ad concepts across platform placements and ratios

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
• Strong knowledge of Facebook ads.
• Experience with ai image generation tools.
• Familiarity with branding strategies and marketing fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with ad research tools such as meta ads library, foreplay, etc.
• Ability to delivery several new ad varations per day.
• Strong attention to detail in layout design, typesetting, and color management.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in meta ads graphic design is required.
• Video/animation a plus.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
