We’re looking for a creative, talented up and coming Video Producer & Editor to join our global story team.
You’ll bring strong technical skills and a passion for storytelling to film, edit, and produce compelling videos that move people to action. This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to grow in both production and post-production and help shape powerful visual stories that advance justice around the world.
You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and story teams to deliver content that’s emotionally resonant, beautifully crafted, and aligned with IJM’s mission.
This position is hybrid (onsite Tuesdays & Thursdays) located in the Washington, DC area. It reports to the Director of Social and Media Relations and is only available for candidates with the right to work in the US.
Video Editing and Post-Production
Film and edit a variety of content formats including social videos, donor stories, brand films, and internal pieces.

What is a statement of faith?
A statement of faith should describe your Christian faith and how you see it as relevant to your involvement with IJM. The statement can either be incorporated into the cover letter or submitted as a separate document and should include, at a minimum, a description of your spiritual disciplines (prayer, study, etc.) and your current fellowship or place of worship.
