As our new Senior Project Manager WTG, you will be planning, managing, and overseeing offshore projects while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, oversee budgets and schedules, and drive continuous improvement across projects. Your main tasks include: Project Planning & Execution <ul> <li>Ensure projects are executed in a safe, professional, and efficient manner, meeting HSE, Quality, Budget, Schedule, and Client Satisfaction goals.</li> <li>Plan, manage, and oversee the installation of custom-engineered offshore projects in accordance with Cadeler's PMM.</li> </ul> Stakeholder & Team Management <ul> <li>Lead or participate in internal and external project meetings.</li> <li>Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.</li> <li>Support, coach, and mentor team members to ensure knowledge sharing and development.</li> </ul> Financial & Contractual Oversight <ul> <li>Monitor all project-related expenses, supplier performance, and ensure optimal value from suppliers (engineering, fabrication, mobilization, logistics, etc.).</li> <li>Deliver client contractual obligations where reasonable and within control, while tracking project performance against contracts.</li> <li>Review and monitor the project DPR, identifying and addressing any contractual disagreements.</li> </ul> Risk Management & Continuous Improvement <ul> <li>Identify, assess, and manage potential risks to project success.</li> <li>Capture and disseminate best practices across projects, vessels, and departments.</li> <li>Ensure WIV personnel, shore base, and management are informed about upcoming projects.</li> <li>Contribute to Cadeler's management system and drive process improvements across operations.</li> </ul> To succeed in this role: Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. We are looking for a driven and organized profile, who can independently manage projects, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate teams to deliver results while maintaining attention to detail and a strong client focus. We think you will be a good match if you possess the following: <ul> <li>Educational & Technical Skills: BSc or MSc in engineering or an equivalent degree.</li> <li>Communication & IT Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> <li>Project & Financial Management: Experience with procurement processes, budget management, and preferably APM/PMI.org PMP certification (or similar).</li> </ul> Come work with us!
