Job Title: Sr. Executive / HR Executive &ndash; GeneralistDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: A-43 Naraina Industrial Are Phase 2 Delhi-110028Reports To: HR Manager / HR HeadExperience: 2 to 5 yearsKey Responsibilities:1. Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.</li><li>Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new joiners.</li></ul>2. Employee Engagement &amp; Relations<ul><li>Organize employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and team-building activities.</li><li>Handle employee grievances professionally and ensure prompt resolution.</li><li>Support the performance appraisal process and feedback mechanism.</li></ul>3. HR Operations<ul><li>Maintain and update employee records, HRMS, and personnel files.</li><li>Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, benefits, etc.) and coordinate with finance.</li><li>Handle exit formalities including clearance, exit interviews, and final settlements.</li><li>Prepare Bank file and upload salary and other payment on bank portal.</li></ul>4. Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and dashboards regularly.</li></ul>Key Skills and Competencies:<ul><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory).</li></ul>Interested Candidate send to cv directly on : hr@batrabros.comContact Number : 9355344033Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
