Role Overview:The Waiter/Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role includes welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout their visit.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service<ul><li>Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service at all times.</li><li>Present menus, explain items, and make recommendations when needed.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.</li><li>Serve orders promptly and ensure all items are delivered correctly.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.</li></ul>Operations<ul><li>Prepare tables, seating areas, and service stations before opening.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas at all times.</li><li>Restock service items such as cutlery, napkins, condiments, and glassware.</li><li>Follow all hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures.</li><li>Support baristas and kitchen staff during busy hours.</li></ul>Teamwork<ul><li>Coordinate with barista and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service flow.</li><li>Assist team members whenever necessary to maintain operations.</li><li>Follow instructions from the Supervisor or Manager.</li></ul>Cash Handling<ul><li>Process payments accurately (cash, card, or online).</li><li>Ensure correct billing and handle receipts properly.</li></ul>Standards &amp; Brand Image<ul><li>Uphold company grooming and service standards at all times.</li><li>Represent the caf&eacute; with professionalism, positivity, and hospitality.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Previous experience in F&amp;B or hospitality is preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours.</li><li>Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food, beverages, and hygiene practices.</li><li>Flexible with schedule (weekends, shifts, events).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
