Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented QC Lab Technician to join our team in Rockingham, NC. This position focuses on the quality control of inks and pigment products. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining batch consistency and ensuring our inks and coatings meet strict quality specifications.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform accurate quality checks and testing on production batches</li><li>Conduct batch analysis and complete detailed reporting of test procedures</li><li>Maintain and validate testing methods to ensure product specifications are met</li><li>Document procedures in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)</li><li>Investigate product and process deviations and develop corrective and preventative action plans</li><li>Follow QC testing requirements and established procedures</li><li>Perform daily end-of-shift lab cleanup and maintain organized work areas</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>High School diploma or GED (Required)</li><li>Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) preferred</li><li>Ability to learn new laboratory techniques and processes quickly</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently</li><li>Ability to understand detailed verbal and written instructions</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced production environments</li><li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs</li><li>Ability to lift up to 25 lbs routinely and handle equipment over 50 lbs</li><li>Willingness to work in extreme temperatures and dusty/industrial environments</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Performance-based bonuses</li><li>10 paid vacation days</li><li>5 paid sick days</li><li>10 paid holidays annually</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>401(k)</li><li>Pension plan (3% of pay, fully vested after 6&ndash;7 years)</li><li>Professional development opportunities</li></ul>Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
