This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment while making a positive impact on our customers&rsquo; financial security and peace of mind.Duties<ul><li>Engage with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and community outreach, to promote insurance products.</li><li>Conduct thorough client consultations to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.</li><li>Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements.</li><li>Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and maintaining accurate client records.</li><li>Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, ongoing support, and benefits administration guidance.</li><li>Analyze client data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and improve sales strategies.</li><li>Stay current with insurance regulations, product knowledge&mdash;including health, life, property, and casualty insurance&mdash;and industry best practices to ensure compliance and expert advice.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid state license as an Insurance Agent with the ability to sell multiple lines of insurance including property, and casualty coverage.</li><li>Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or financial services industry.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in both client interaction and team collaboration.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and CRM systems for client management and sales tracking.</li><li>Knowledge of insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.</li><li>Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored insurance solutions.</li><li>Familiarity with personal lines products</li><li>Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships through effective communication and personalized support.</li></ul>Join us as a Licensed Insurance Agent where your enthusiasm meets expertise!
