Our firm is growing and we are looking to welcome a part-time Office Administrator to the team.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee front desk operations by creating a welcoming, professional experience for all visitors and handling incoming calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the day-to-day office operations: Proactively purchasing and managing inventory of office supplies and equipment (including supplies for our internal kitchen), ensuring nothing runs out unexpectedly
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilities management: Coordinate with property management to oversee maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate, schedule and set up conference room for CAISSA office meetings and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages meal coordination for CAISSA office events
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle mail, shipping, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed &mdash; stepping in wherever support is required
 </li>
 <li>
 Administers internal support for office technology including updates for computers and passwords, file maintenance, Zoom, Microsoft Teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Supports client service and operational tasks as directed by staff
 </li>
 <li>
 Client meeting scheduling and calendar management through Calendly
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with new hires- help setting up office space and employee onboarding
 </li>
 <li>
 Newsletter posting through Constant Contact
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we are looking for:
 
 
 
 The Office Administrator has the following knowledge and skill sets:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred or 2-4 years of professional work experience
 </li>
 <li>
 2+ years of administrative service experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software applications including Microsoft Office
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and open to learning
 </li>
 <li>
 Attention to Detail: ensure accuracy in all tasks, from data entry to team communications, ensuring high-quality work
 </li>
 <li>
 Excels with organizational tasks, lists and prompt attention to tasks
 </li>

 Position Details:

 On-site position. Our office is located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota
 </li>

 Schedule: Part-Time, Onsite, 20 hours per week
 </li>

 Classification: Non-Exempt

 Pay range: $24.18- $25.89, depending on experience
 </li>
