Job Title: Deputy Manager Maintenance Location: Lahore Job Type: Full-Time Qualification: BE / BSc in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in Food, FMCG, or Industrial Bakery environments. Skills:<ul><li>Strong hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability management of bakery and industrial production equipment, including mixers, ovens, packaging machinery, conveyors, HVAC systems, boilers, compressors, and refrigeration utilities.</li><li>Sound knowledge of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.</li><li>Experience with PLCs, automation systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of spare parts planning, inventory control, and maintenance budgeting.</li><li>Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.</li><li>Ability to analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of failures, and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to lead maintenance operations while ensuring maximum equipment reliability and minimum production downtime.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and supervise day-to-day maintenance operations of production lines, utilities, and facility equipment.</li><li>Ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability through effective maintenance planning and execution.</li><li>Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns and production interruptions.</li><li>Diagnose complex technical issues and coordinate timely corrective actions.</li><li>Monitor and improve the performance of utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, compressors, refrigeration units, generators, and electrical distribution systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, food safety standards, occupational safety requirements, and LOTO procedures.</li><li>Manage maintenance records, equipment history, work orders, and spare parts inventory.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support uninterrupted plant operations.</li><li>Lead, coach, and develop maintenance engineers, supervisors, technicians, and support staff.</li><li>Analyze maintenance KPIs, downtime trends, and equipment reliability data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist in maintenance budgeting, cost control, vendor management, and procurement of spare parts and services.</li><li>Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects related to plant equipment and utilities.</li><li>Ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to maintenance schedules.</li><li>Perform any other task assigned by the Plant Manager or Head of Engineering.</li></ul>About Us: We are a progressive food manufacturing company committed to producing high-quality bakery and food products through advanced technology, efficient operations, and skilled professionals.
