Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Executive with strong knowledge in 3PL activities, vendor documentation, rider coordination, and logistics operations management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling documentation processes and resolving operational issues efficiently.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and monitor daily 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.</li><li>Handle vendor documentation, billing coordination, and compliance processes.</li><li>Coordinate with riders/field staff and resolve rider-related operational issues.</li><li>Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.</li><li>Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.</li><li>Follow up with vendors and service partners for timely execution of services.</li><li>Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics standards.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge:<ul><li>Strong understanding of 3PL logistics operations.</li><li>Experience in handling vendor documentation and coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of rider/field staff management.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to manage documentation and operational data.</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / 3PL operations.</li><li>Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).</li><li>Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
