Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Operations Executive with strong knowledge in 3PL activities, vendor documentation, rider coordination, and logistics operations management. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling documentation processes and resolving operational issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations.
• Handle vendor documentation, billing coordination, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate with riders/field staff and resolve rider-related operational issues.
• Ensure smooth dispatch, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate operational records and MIS reports.
• Follow up with vendors and service partners for timely execution of services.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and logistics standards.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of 3PL logistics operations.
• Experience in handling vendor documentation and coordination.
• Knowledge of rider/field staff management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and operational data.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics / 3PL operations.
• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
