Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Complete daily service requirements of the aggregate plant for preventative maintenance issues</li><li>
Fabricate and repair conveyors and hoppers</li><li>
Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance problems to ensure minimal cost and prevent operational delays</li><li>
Repair crusher, i.e. liner changes, oil systems and operations, monitor and change worn parts</li><li>
Repair conveyor systems, i.e. bearing replacement, drive systems, change screen cloths, structural fabrication</li><li>
General maintenance of water pumps and electrical requirements and wear-prevention of equipment</li><li>
Operate mobile equipment including heavy haul trucks</li><li>
General labor duties such as shoveling and sweeping</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education</b></h2></div><div><p>
High school diploma/GED</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements/Qualifications</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Valid class C commercial driver's license</li><li>
Reliable attendance for varied work shifts including nights and weekends</li><li>
Must be able to work independently and within a team</li><li>
Ability to lift 95 lbs. infrequently, 50 lbs. frequently, and climb ladders/stairs up to 24&rsquo;</li><li>
Ability to use various electric and air-powered hand, welding, and cutting tools as appropriate</li><li>
Experience in welding and fabrication</li></ul><p><b>
Preferred:</b></p><ul><li>
Familiarity with MSHA regulations</li><li>
Working knowledge of aggregate production and associated equipment; an understanding of operations and safety requirements for equipment</li><li>

The Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for the timely and efficient management, administration, risk mitigation, and collection of CalPortland&rsquo;s accounts receivable portfolio. Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Review and analyze assigned accounts to ensure outstanding balances are in compliance with terms</li><li>
Build and maintain relationships with external and internal (Sales, Billing, A/R, Legal, etc.) customers</li><li>
Investigate, document, communicate, report and resolve issues impacting prompt payment of invoices and/or disputed items</li><li>
Maintain system related to customer set-up, maintenance, and account-specific discussions</li><li>
Ensure processing of legal documentation (liens and releases), where applicable, are performed and documented in a timely manner</li><li>
Contribute and participate in meetings with management and/or customers to advise and make recommendations on risk mitigation and/or other issues impacting the timely collection of receivables</li><li>
Seek out and communicate opportunities to improve, standardize and streamline the company's credit, collections and A/R processes</li><li>
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, annual and, as needed, ad hoc reporting</li><li>
Participate in the development, testing, and implementation of new technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Education</b></h2></div><div><p>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred; will consider years of experience in lieu of degree</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
