<div></div><div><b>What You'll Do:</b></div>
<ul><li>Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts for the service department</li>
<li>Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work</li>
<li>Assist customers with service inquiries, recall notices, and maintenance reminders</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM</li>
<li>Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience</li>
<li>Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals</li>
</ul>
<div></div><div><b>What We're Looking For:</b></div>
<ul><li>Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred</li>
<li>Automotive or service department experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Friendly, professional phone demeanor</li>
<li>Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly</li>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Able to pass background and drug screening</li>
