At Calavan Kia we’re committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences in every department, and our Service Department is no exception. We’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our team and help us continue to grow!
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts for the service department
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on missed or declined work
- Assist customers with service inquiries, recall notices, and maintenance reminders
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
- Work closely with service advisors and management to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment goals
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service, call center, or BDC experience preferred
- Automotive or service department experience is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Friendly, professional phone demeanor
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to pass background and drug screening
