What can you expect?</div><div>
As the Sr Project Manager, you will work onsite in San Francisco, CA and oversee and manage construction projects. Your responsibilities will encompass project planning, resource management, team leadership, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of construction processes and techniques.</div><div></div><div>
How will you do it?</div><ul><li>
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.</li><li>
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations.</li><li>
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive measures to mitigate issues.</li><li>
Allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.</li><li>
Collaborate with procurement teams to procure necessary materials and equipment within budgetary constraints.</li><li>
Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and quality standards.</li><li>
Lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project milestones efficiently and effectively.</li><li>
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity and individual growth.</li><li>
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure construction projects meet or exceed industry standards and client specifications.</li><li>
Conduct regular site inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and protocols.</li><li>
Promote a culture of safety awareness among project teams and subcontractors, emphasizing the importance of accident prevention and risk mitigation.</li><li>
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, regulatory agencies, and other project stakeholders.</li><li>
Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions effectively through regular meeting reports and presentations.</li><li>
Address stakeholder concerns promptly and proactively to maintain positive relationships and ensure project success.</li><li>
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.</li><li>

In-depth knowledge of federal contracting, including working on USACE and Air Force contracts.</li><li>
Advance knowledge of various field construction concepts, practices, and procedures.</li><li>
Knowledge of construction, architectural, and building industry-standard operating practices/procedures.</li><li>
Advance knowledge in preparing accurate budgets, cost estimates, and fiscal management principles and procedures.</li><li>
Ability to create, read, and understand complex documents, construction plans, and specifications.</li><li>
Skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities, meeting deadlines, and managing time.</li><li>
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.</li><li>
Working with other departments and personnel to accomplish project objectives.</li><li>

Who is Brice Builders looking for?</div><div>
Minimum Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business is required; work-related experience and equivalent skills may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.</li><li>
Twenty (20) years of experience in construction project management in a supervisory or managerial role.</li><li>
Valid state driver&rsquo;s license and be qualified to operate a vehicle under the conditions of the Company&rsquo;s Driving Policy.</li><li>
Ability to pass a drug test, driving record and background screenings.</li></ul><div></div><div>
Preferred Qualifications:</div><ul><li>
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) preferred.</li></ul><div></div><div>

Brice Builders has a fast-paced multi-tasking office environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance. At times, work is performed outside of the office at indoor and outdoor job sites.
