 About the Role
 
 
 
 Call Axis Pvt. Ltd. is seeking
 
 dynamic and goal-driven Sales Agents
 
 to join our
 
 Real Estate Campaign
 
 . In this role, you will connect with realtors across the USA, understand their business needs, and offer customized lead-generation solutions to help them close more deals. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in building relationships, presenting our services, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales expertise.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contact realtors across the USA via phone, email, and social media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong professional relationships and understand each realtor&rsquo;s challenges related to lead generation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Present and promote our services, clearly communicating value and benefits.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle objections confidently and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
 </li>
 <li>
 Close sales by securing service commitments from realtors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities in the CRM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven
 
 sales experience
 
 (Real Estate or B2B sales preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent
 
 communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of
 
 real estate market dynamics
 
 and
 
 lead generation strategies
 
 is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of working independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in
 
 CRM tools
 
 and basic computer operations.
 </li>
