Job Title: (B2B) Sales Consultant - Real Estate Campaign

Location: 6th Road - Rawalpindi

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

Salary: PKR 70,000 - 80,000 per month + Attractive Sales Bonuses

Call Axis Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and goal-driven Sales Agents to join our Real Estate Campaign . In this role, you will connect with realtors across the USA, understand their business needs, and offer customized lead-generation solutions to help them close more deals. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, presenting our services, and driving revenue growth through effective communication and sales expertise.

• Contact realtors across the USA via phone, email, and social media.
• Build strong professional relationships and understand each realtor’s challenges related to lead generation.
• Present and promote our services, clearly communicating value and benefits.
• Handle objections confidently and offer tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Follow up with prospects, nurture leads, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline.
• Close sales by securing service commitments from realtors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Proven sales experience (Real Estate or B2B sales preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills .
• Strong relationship-building and objection-handling abilities.
• Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and lead generation strategies is a plus.
• Self-motivated, performance-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer operations.
