 What You&rsquo;ll Do

 Strategy:
 
 Build and execute distinct yet aligned marketing strategies for both brands
 </li>

 Leadership:
 
 Lead, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing marketing team
 </li>

 Demand Generation:
 
 Drive multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Content, Email, Events) to fuel pipeline growth

 Agency Management:
 
 Manage external agencies and vendors, optimizing budgets and ROI
 </li>

 Content &amp; Product Marketing:
 
 Create powerful content strategies to highlight our AI-driven product value
 </li>

 Event Marketing:
 
 Plan and execute impactful events, from C-level roundtables to major industry summits
 </li>

 Analytics &amp; Reporting:
 
 Define KPIs, track performance, and present actionable insights to leadership

 Safeguard brand consistency and messaging across all channels

 What We&rsquo;re Looking For

 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or telecom)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven success in both mature local markets and fast-growing international markets
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on leadership experience scaling small, agile teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of modern marketing tech stacks (CRM like Zoho, automation, analytics, SEO tools like Semrush)
 </li>
 <li>
 Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
 </li>
 <li>
 Genuine interest in AI and its business applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
 </li>
