💼 What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Build and execute distinct yet aligned marketing strategies for both brands
• Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a small, high-performing marketing team
• Demand Generation: Drive multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Content, Email, Events) to fuel pipeline growth
• Agency Management: Manage external agencies and vendors, optimizing budgets and ROI
• Content & Product Marketing: Create powerful content strategies to highlight our AI-driven product value
• Event Marketing: Plan and execute impactful events, from C-level roundtables to major industry summits
• Analytics & Reporting: Define KPIs, track performance, and present actionable insights to leadership
• Brand & Communications: Safeguard brand consistency and messaging across all channels

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience (preferably in SaaS, tech, or telecom)
• Proven success in both mature local markets and fast-growing international markets
• Hands-on leadership experience scaling small, agile teams
• Strong knowledge of modern marketing tech stacks (CRM like Zoho, automation, analytics, SEO tools like Semrush)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills in Turkish and English
• Genuine interest in AI and its business applications
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments
