SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

What Do We Expect from Our New Team Member?


  • Own and shape the end-to-end digital marketing vision, covering paid media, performance channels, brand campaigns, and data-driven decision-making across all platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Programmatic, Marketplaces, and emerging channels).
  • Lead and mentor the entire digital marketing department, including managers and specialists in performance marketing, SEO, analytics, and creative production.
  • Set strategic priorities that balance brand-building with aggressive acquisition and revenue targets in a highly competitive FMCG landscape.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand marketing, trade marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams to align digital execution with overarching business goals.
  • Define and enforce governance on budget allocation, campaign frameworks, measurement standards, naming conventions, and best practices across channels.
  • Oversee performance and brand campaigns, ensuring tactical excellence and strategic clarity, while maintaining the agility to pivot based on data and market dynamics.
  • Represent digital marketing at the senior leadership level, providing regular reporting, insights, and recommendations that impact business strategy.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement—encouraging the team to challenge assumptions, test boldly, and share learnings transparently.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, ad tech developments, and consumer behaviour shifts, translating them into competitive advantage for the brand.

What kind of teammate are we looking for?

  • 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, including significant leadership of teams and budgets in FMCG, retail, or similarly fast-paced industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling performance channels profitably while building brand equity in crowded markets.
  • Deep expertise across major platforms—Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, programmatic ecosystems, and retail media.
  • Comfortable defining strategy and rolling up sleeves when needed—this is not an ivory tower role.
  • Skilled at navigating complex organizations, influencing senior stakeholders, and aligning cross-functional priorities.
  • Fluent in digital analytics and measurement frameworks, able to translate marketing metrics into actionable business insights.
  • Strong leadership presence, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication in Turkish and English; you can inspire a team and influence a boardroom in equal measure.
  • Preferred: Experience in FMCG marketing or working with top-tier FMCG brands, either in-house or agency side.
