Job DescriptionCall My Doctor Healthcare is looking for a qualified and compassionate General Practitioner / GP Doctor to join our home healthcare team in Dubai.The doctor will be responsible for providing professional medical consultations, diagnosis, treatment, and patient care at the comfort of patients&rsquo; homes, hotels, and residences across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient communication skills, and experience in handling general medical cases with confidence and care.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide medical consultations and general health assessments for patients at home.</li><li>Diagnose and treat common illnesses, infections, fever, flu, body pain, stomach issues, minor injuries, and general health concerns.</li><li>Prescribe medicines, lab tests, and further investigations when required.</li><li>Assess patient condition and advise appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Monitor patient vitals and medical history before treatment.</li><li>Identify emergency or high-risk cases and refer patients to hospitals or specialists when necessary.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and consultation notes.</li><li>Follow DHA guidelines, medical protocols, and company standards.</li><li>Coordinate with nurses, lab teams, and operations staff for smooth patient care.</li><li>Provide professional, respectful, and patient-friendly service during home visits.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>MBBS / Medical degree from a recognized institution.</li><li>Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as General Practitioner.</li><li>Minimum 3* years of clinical experience* preferred.</li><li>Experience in home healthcare, clinic, hospital, or urgent care is an advantage.</li><li>Strong knowledge of general medicine and primary care.</li><li>Good communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to handle patients professionally and calmly.</li><li>Must be available for home visits across Dubai.</li><li>UAE experience will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in doctor-on-call or home healthcare services.</li><li>Ability to manage adult and pediatric general cases.</li><li>Basic emergency response knowledge.</li><li>BLS certification preferred.</li><li>Good bedside manner and patient-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work with flexible shifts.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Professional and supportive healthcare team.</li><li>Opportunity to work with a growing home healthcare company in Dubai.</li><li>Flexible duty options depending on role type.</li><li>Exposure to premium home healthcare and patient care services.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
