The role requires strong phone-based sales expertise, performance monitoring, and focused follow-up on non-converted leads to maximize revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Floor Management<ul><li>Manage and supervise day-to-day sales floor activities</li><li>Ensure all inbound and existing leads are followed up systematically</li><li>Monitor individual and team performance against targets</li><li>Maintain sales discipline, call quality, and follow-up standards</li></ul>Lead Conversion &amp; Revenue Optimization<ul><li>Focus on leads that were not converted and drive closures</li><li>Improve overall lead-to-conversion ratio</li><li>Personally handle high-priority or complex leads</li><li>Ensure accurate lead tracking and zero follow-up leakage</li></ul>Performance Monitoring &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Monitor sales dashboards, charts, and daily MIS</li><li>Track KPIs such as lead conversion rate, follow-ups, and closures</li><li>Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management</li></ul>Tele Sales Execution<ul><li>Convert inbound leads through phone calls and WhatsApp follow-ups</li><li>Apply proven sales techniques for healthcare service offerings</li><li>Handle objections professionally and ethically</li><li>Update CRM systems with accurate call remarks and outcomes</li></ul>Process &amp; Quality Control<ul><li>Ensure adherence to company SOPs and sales processes</li><li>Support training and performance improvement initiatives</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations</li></ul>Required Experience &amp; Skills<ul><li>Mandatory experience in banking or financial product tele-sales</li><li>Proven ability to work with targets and performance metrics</li><li>Strong background in phone-based sales and lead conversion</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data</li><li>CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets proficiency</li><li>High ownership and result-oriented mindset</li></ul>Personal Attributes<ul><li>Highly target-focused and disciplined</li><li>Ability to work under pressure</li><li>Professional, ethical, and customer-centric</li></ul>Working Hours<ul><li>As per UAE labor law</li><li>Shift-based if required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>
