Counseling (Monroe, NC)Calm-ish Counseling is growing&mdash;and we&rsquo;re looking to add another clinician to our team! We are a small, women-owned therapy practice located in a charming house in Downtown Monroe. Since opening our physical space on November 1st, we&rsquo;ve been incredibly grateful (and busy!), and are ready to bring on someone new.We pride ourselves on being progressive, down-to-earth, and real.We&rsquo;re definitely not everyone&rsquo;s cup of tea&mdash;and we like it that way.What We&rsquo;re Looking For:Licensed or provisionally licensed clinician (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or associate)Open to building and growing a caseloadComfortable working with children (5+) and adultsInterest in working with families, parents, and/or couples is a plusOpen to running at least one therapy group per weekGood sense of humor requiredComfortable with a non-traditional, relaxed therapy environment(think: clients kicking off their shoes, cozy vibes, real conversations&mdash;not stiff or clinical)Position Details:W-2 employeeFull-time preferred (part-time considered)Paid per sessionFlat rate for groupsPaid staff meetingsSupervision reimbursement available for full-time cliniciansBonus Points If You:Are already credentialed with insurance panelsHave outpatient experienceAre trained in CBT, DBT, IFS, PCIT, or similar approachesWhat We Provide:We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and admin supportHelp with Marketing + referrals to help build your caseloadA supportive, collaborative, and very human environmentIf you&rsquo;re looking for a place that values authenticity over perfection&mdash;and where therapy feels more like real life than a sterile office&mdash;we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Hybrid remote in Monroe, NC 28112
