Calm-ish Counseling is growing—and we’re looking to add another clinician to our team! We are a small, women-owned therapy practice located in a charming house in Downtown Monroe. Since opening our physical space on November 1st, we’ve been incredibly grateful (and busy!), and are ready to bring on someone new.We pride ourselves on being progressive, down-to-earth, and real.We’re definitely not everyone’s cup of tea—and we like it that way.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed or provisionally licensed clinician (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or associate)

Open to building and growing a caseload

Comfortable working with children (5+) and adults

Interest in working with families, parents, and/or couples is a plus

Open to running at least one therapy group per week

Good sense of humor required

Comfortable with a non-traditional, relaxed therapy environment(think: clients kicking off their shoes, cozy vibes, real conversations—not stiff or clinical)

Position Details:

W-2 employee

Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Paid per session

Flat rate for groups

Paid staff meetings

Supervision reimbursement available for full-time clinicians

Bonus Points If You:

Are already credentialed with insurance panels

Have outpatient experience

Are trained in CBT, DBT, IFS, PCIT, or similar approaches

What We Provide:

We handle credentialing, billing, scheduling, and admin support

Help with Marketing + referrals to help build your caseload
