We&rsquo;re looking for driven individuals who want to launch a career in staffing sales and business development.Position Overview:As a Business Development Manager, you&rsquo;ll focus on generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone with a competitive spirit, excellent communication skills, and a desire to succeed in IT staffing sales. You&rsquo;ll be trained on staffing industry best practices, sales strategies, and client management to quickly grow into a high-performing individual.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify, prospect, and engage new clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.</li><li>Build and maintain a pipeline of potential accounts in IT, software, and technology industries.</li><li>Present staffing services to decision-makers and hiring managers.</li><li>Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidate delivery matches client expectations.</li><li>Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and placement agreements.</li><li>Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales activity goals (calls, meetings, proposals).</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and account expansion.</li><li>Stay current with IT hiring trends and competitive staffing landscape.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred but not required).</li><li>0&ndash;2 years of experience in sales, business development, or recruiting (internships or entry-level roles welcome).</li><li>Strong interest in sales, IT staffing, and client relationship management.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM/ATS tools is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Remote-first work environment.</li><li>Structured sales training and mentorship.</li><li>Base salary + generous monthly commission</li><li>Career advancement opportunities in account management and business development.</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 22/09/2025
