Job Title: Fashion Designer &amp; Creative Operations AssistantLocation: Remote Position About the Role:Join our new luxury women's fashion boutique as we craft elegant, modern pieces that empower confidence and sophistication. We're building a brand that seamlessly blends timeless silhouettes with contemporary style, reaching our audience through Instagram and our own online store.We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to transform our vision into reality from initial concept and sketches through to final designs and digital mockups.Key Responsibilities:Design &amp; Creative Development:Design women's luxury apparel (dresses, blouses, skirts, etc.) aligned with brand aestheticsCreate technical sketches, mood boards, and fabric conceptsResearch fashion trends, colors, and materials suitable for high-end marketsAssist in developing brand identity, color palette, and style guideCreate digital mockups and design visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or IllustratorResearch fashion trends and create mood boards for new collectionsProduction &amp; Operations:Work with manufacturers to develop samples and ensure quality standardsPrepare design specifications, measurements, and material details for productionSupport photo shoots and product presentations with styling inputUpload products, manage inventory, and ensure a luxury aestheticMarketing &amp; Brand Management:Familiarity with Instagram marketing and engagement; manage and grow our Instagram accountCreate engaging, luxury-style posts and storiesEngage with followers, influencers, and potential customersRequired Qualifications:Degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related fieldProven experience designing women's wear or luxury apparelTechnical Skills:Excellent sketching and illustration skills (digital or hand-drawn)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO 3DGraphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator)Understanding of garment construction and textilesIndustry Knowledge:Knowledge of sustainable materials and luxury finishesFamiliarity with production processes and sample developmentPersonal Attributes:Strong attention to detail and creativityStrong English communication (written and verbal)Ability to work remotely and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and ability to work independentlyThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new luxury fashion brand from the ground up, shaping our aesthetic and building our presence in the competitive women's fashion market.Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 monthsPay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
