Senior Data Analyst

What you'll do

• Serve as the data team's subject matter expert on bureau and statistical reporting, supporting business stakeholders responsible for regulatory submissions.
• Reconcile statistical reporting output to source policy, claim, and financial data — identifying root causes and distinguishing between data quality issues, source system issues, and bureau coding issues.
• Investigate and resolve data-driven edits and rejection reports returned by bureaus, partnering with business stakeholders on correction and resubmission strategy.
• Validate the accuracy of class codes, territory codes, coverage codes, cause/type of loss codes, and other bureau classifications as they flow from source systems through the data warehouse.
• Support regulatory data calls and ad hoc inquiries by analyzing data across the warehouse.
• Document business requirements, data lineage, and technical specifications for bureau reporting enhancements.
• Lead all phases of the development, testing, and implementation lifecycle for bureau-related projects, including reporting platform migrations.
• Partner with project management, architecture, development, and business leadership to deliver accurate solutions on time and within budget.
• Produce reports, dashboards, and ad hoc extracts for business stakeholders and leadership.
