The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining sales data, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Support the sales team in daily sales operations and coordination</li><li>Maintain and update leads, customer records, and sales data</li><li>Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation</li><li>Follow up with potential and existing clients within Pakistan</li><li>Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with the sales team</li><li>Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (implementation, support, finance)</li><li>Assist in client onboarding after deal closure</li><li>Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales activities</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Urdu</li><li>Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication</li><li>Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in IT or health-tech industry</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems</li><li>Understanding of local market dynamics in Pakistan</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Growth and learning opportunities</li><li>Professional and supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
