Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our local sales operations in Pakistan. The role involves coordinating sales activities, maintaining sales data, assisting the sales team, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily sales operations and coordination
• Maintain and update leads, customer records, and sales data
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales-related documentation
• Follow up with potential and existing clients within Pakistan
• Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-ups with the sales team
• Prepare sales reports and maintain proper documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (implementation, support, finance)
• Assist in client onboarding after deal closure
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to sales activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination or sales support role
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT or health-tech industry
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Understanding of local market dynamics in Pakistan
