Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in communicating with corporate clients regarding basic inquiries, order updates, and required information.
- Support in tracking the progress of corporate/online orders from design to production and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams—design, production, online, dispatch, accounts, and procurement—to ensure smooth workflow.
- Help prepare and send quotations, gather necessary approvals, and verify basic details.
- Maintain updated records of jobs, invoices, payments, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with clients for pending approvals, payments, or feedback under the supervision of the sales team.
- Assist in preparing weekly/monthly reports on order status, client follow-ups, and team activities.
- Join client meetings or presentations as needed and assist with preparing samples or supporting documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or ongoing) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage tasks responsibly.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and goal-oriented.
