Job Summary

The Senior Sales & Production Coordinator will manage end-to-end sales order processing, coordinate closely with the production team, and ensure timely delivery of customer orders. The role is responsible for maintaining communication between Sales, Production, Logistics, and Customers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process sales orders accurately in the system.

Coordinate with the Production team for order planning, material availability, and delivery timelines.

Follow up on production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.

Liaise with the Logistics team for dispatch planning and delivery tracking.

Communicate order status updates to customers and internal teams.

Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales orders, production progress, and pending items.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

Maintain strong coordination between sales, production, and warehouse for smooth workflow.

Ensure documentation accuracy including DOs, invoices, and job sheets.

Assist management in forecasting, planning, and improving order execution processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.

4–7 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, or Production Coordination.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Odoo preferred, if applicable).

Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in manufacturing or production-based companies.

Understanding of order processing, production workflow, and dispatch systems.
