- Prepare and manage repair & maintenance quotations and related documentation.
- Maintain repair and project reports (digital and physical).
- Manage project files, work orders, invoices, and correspondence.
- Track project status, timelines, and deliverables.
- Update and organize data in CRM/ERP systems.
- Assist with tender documentation and supporting papers.
- Coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
- Sync and update project information across company platforms (Drive, CRM, etc.).
- Maintain records of communications and reports.
- Provide administrative and reporting support to the department.
- Draft official letters, emails, and professional correspondence.
- Support basic marketing and social media activities when required.
- Liaise with accounts for billing, payment tracking, and document management.
- Participate in weekly meetings and prepare progress summaries.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.
