  • Prepare and manage repair & maintenance quotations and related documentation.
  • Maintain repair and project reports (digital and physical).
  • Manage project files, work orders, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Track project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Update and organize data in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Assist with tender documentation and supporting papers.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with clients and internal departments.
  • Sync and update project information across company platforms (Drive, CRM, etc.).
  • Maintain records of communications and reports.
  • Provide administrative and reporting support to the department.
  • Draft official letters, emails, and professional correspondence.
  • Support basic marketing and social media activities when required.
  • Liaise with accounts for billing, payment tracking, and document management.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and prepare progress summaries.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company and client data.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
