The selected candidate will assist in day-to-day operations, including tracking receivables and project deliverables, coordinating with internal teams, following up with customers and partners, maintaining documentation, and supporting commercial and presales activities. This position requires proactive follow-up, attention to detail, and the confidence to communicate professionally with clients over phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update operational and financial trackers, including receivables and invoices.

Support coordination between Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams.

Engage with customers and partners for follow-ups and updates.

Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and internal presentations.

Handle routine documentation, record keeping, and communication tasks.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
