Officer- Marketing

Responsibilities

1. Customer Coordination & Communication

• Assist in maintaining communication with local and international buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Prepare and share product information, cost sheets, and order status updates.

2. Product Development & Sampling

• Work closely with Sample Room, R&D, and washing teams.
• Ensure timely development of samples (fits, washes, trims, fabrics).
• Review fabric quality, GSM, construction, and performance standards.

3. Marketing Support

• Support the team in preparing marketing materials and presentations.
• Assist in researching market trends, competitor products, and pricing.
• Participate in customer visits and presentations when required.

4. Order Execution & Follow-Up

• Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, and quality teams.
• Ensure smooth order processing from inquiry to shipment.
• Track timelines, approvals, and production progress.

5. Documentation & Data Management

• Prepare T&A (Time & Action) plans.
• Maintain product databases, buyer folders, and approvals.
• Create internal follow-up sheets for departments.

6. Technical Expertise

• Utilize textile engineering knowledge to guide material selection and process optimization.
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to fabric, color, finishes, and trims.

Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation

• BS Textile Engineering

Experience

• Fresh to 1 year experience (internship experience also accepted).
• Experience in textile manufacturing, merchandising, or production is preferred.

Technical Skills

• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong documentation and follow-up skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Denim Industry: 1 year (Preferred)
