EFP (EcomFreightPrep) is expanding its team and looking for a highly skilled TikTok Shop Expert with strong marketing, management, and analytics experience. The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop operations, running campaigns, and driving sales through advanced strategies and creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

As a TikTok Shop Expert, you will be responsible for managing and scaling our TikTok Shop operations end-to-end, including:

TikTok Shop Management

• Manage TikTok Shop accounts including product listings, catalog management, pricing, and optimization.
• Regularly update product details to improve discoverability and conversions.
• Monitor and maintain store health and compliance to avoid policy violations.

Marketing & Growth

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost visibility, traffic, and sales.
• Run paid advertising campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager.
• Optimize TikTok Pixel setup to improve tracking, retargeting, and performance analytics.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports.

Affiliate & Creator Management

• Identify, onboard, and manage TikTok affiliates and content creators.
• Coordinate campaigns, negotiate collaborations, and track affiliate performance.
• Boost conversions through creator-driven content and live sessions.

RequirementsMandatory:

• Minimum 3+ years proven hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop (this is essential).
• Deep understanding of TikTok Shop platform, product publishing, shop compliance, and algorithm behavior.
• Strong command of TikTok Ads, campaign setup, Pixel installation, retargeting & event optimization.
• Experience working with TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting shop analytics and converting data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English & Urdu.
• Ability to work onsite, full-time, in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Daraz).
• Understanding of short-video marketing trends.
• Ability to strategize and scale monthly sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
