Motifz Textile is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operational Manager to oversee daily online order processing, coordinate with production and dispatch teams, and ensure smooth end-to-end operations of our e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate must have strong command over Shopify and experience in managing online retail workflows.

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Workflow:

• Process online orders from Shopify – including data correction, order confirmation, and generating courier labels.
• Forward courier labels to the dispatch team for shipment.
• Generate and monitor order tracking details.
• Manage order fulfillment on Shopify.
• Issue credit vouchers on Shopify where applicable.
• Resolve customer complaints and coordinate re-dispatches.
• Coordinate with the production team for required inventory against online orders.
• Close POS and DCF (Daily Cash Flow) on a daily basis.
• Match returns from courier portals with web sale software.
• Prepare and maintain a daily receivables report for management.

Weekly Workflow:

• Review and process pending and dispatched orders.
• Bulk update inventory on Shopify.
• Prepare reconciliations and follow up on outstanding balances daily and weekly.

Monthly Workflow:

• Prepare month-end reconciliations and make adjustments if required.
• Reconcile DHL invoices and process them for payment.
• Follow up on packing material orders, ensure timely procurement, and process related payments.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in E-Commerce Operations or Online Order Management, preferably in the textile or retail sector.
• Skills:
• Proficient in Shopify and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of order fulfillment, inventory control, and courier coordination.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Gender: Male candidates preferred.
• Location: Must be Lahore-based (on-site position).
