Role overview
We’re hiring an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations at our Valencia Town office. This on-site role covers recruitment, onboarding, attendance & payroll coordination, employee relations, and basic HR reporting — all within the evening shift (4 PM–1 AM).
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring for on-site roles.
- Manage onboarding and new-hire orientation.
- Maintain attendance records, leave management, and shift scheduling.
- Coordinate with payroll for timely and accurate salary processing.
- Serve as first point of contact for employee queries and relations; support conflict resolution.
- Implement & maintain HR policies, ensure compliance with local labour regulations.
- Maintain HR documentation and prepare weekly/monthly HR reports.
- Support performance review logistics and training coordination.
- Assist with occasional admin tasks related to office upkeep and vendor coordination.
Required qualifications & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ hands-on HR experience (preferably in an operations/office environment).
- Comfortable working the 4:00 PM — 1:00 AM shift (required).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with attendance systems or HRIS and basic payroll processes.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Local candidates (able to commute to Valencia Town) preferred.
Nice-to-have
- Experience supporting e-commerce or agency teams.
- Basic knowledge of labour law and compliance.
- Experience with recruitment platforms and MS Excel for reporting.
