Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Intern to assist our warehouse and logistics operations. The selected candidate will support dispatch activities, verify orders, and ensure accurate and timely loading of products. This internship provides hands-on experience in warehouse management, supply chain coordination, and operational documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify final sales orders before dispatch.
• Inspect and confirm products during loading to ensure correct quantities and items.
• Maintain dispatch sheets, loading records, and daily logs using MS Excel.
• Coordinate closely with the Logistics Department for vehicle scheduling and dispatch timelines.
• Ensure proper approvals are obtained before shipments leave the warehouse.
• Assist in stock movement documentation and inventory-related tasks.
• Support warehouse team in order picking, documentation, and process accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies or loading issues to the warehouse supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements:

• B.Com degree (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (basic formulas, data entry, reporting).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a warehouse and dispatch environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills, especially with logistics and sales teams.
• Punctual, responsible, and willing to learn.
