About the Role
We are hiring an Supply Chain (Adminiistration) to manage office operations, handle administrative support, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role focuses on general administration only, not HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and support management in administrative tasks.
- Maintain office inventory including laptops, computers, equipment, stationery, and supplies.
- Handle data entry, documentation, filing, recordkeeping, and office logs.
- Oversee office cleanliness, maintenance, and coordination with support staff.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents, courier handling, and office correspondence.
- Arrange meetings, prepare rooms, and assist with basic coordination tasks.
- Monitor office equipment usage and report repair or replacement needs.
- Assist departments with administrative tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Handle visitor coordination, basic front-desk assistance, and general office support.
- Ensure that office rules, protocols, and timings are followed by support staff.
Only male will be preffered for this position
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in office administration is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, typing).
- Good communication and disciplined work approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
