About the Role:

Premier Housewares is looking for energetic and motivated Management Trainee Officers to support our growing ecommerce operations support team in Lahore. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations, order processing, or data entry. Training will be provided, but the candidate must have basic knowledge of Excel and ecommerce workflows, along with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.

This role is perfect for someone who is eager to grow, can assist the team effectively, and brings positive energy to daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the ecommerce team with order downloads, order processing, and data updates.
• Support in maintaining and updating information in SAP systems (training will be provided).
• Help create and update Excel sheets for reporting and operational tracking.
• Coordinate order status updates.
• Assist in reconciling account information such as payments, invoices, or credit notes.
• Support stock updates and order tracking activities.
• Perform general administrative tasks assigned by the Ecommerce Operations team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in ecommerce operations, data updates, coordination, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (sorting, filters and lookup functions).
• Understanding of ecommerce operations such as order processing and dispatch coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Energetic, proactive, and ability to work well within a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.

Time: 1pm-10pm(Mon-Fri)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
